The Baltic Bulk Base is a company that was called into existence in 1997 by the Port of Gdynia Authority S. A. and the Puławy Nitrogen Works to handle the export of Polish chemical products, in particular artificial fertilizers. In the years 1997-1999, the company constructed two transshipment and storage terminals, one to handle liquid bulk cargo, another to handle bulk cargo in powder form.
The terminals of the Baltic Bulk Base are found in the oldest part of the Port of Gdynia, around Basin III, at the Quay of Sweden and the Quay of Engineer Wenda. The comfortable location close to the main port entrance and the operational parameters of the quays make the mooring stations of the Baltic Bulk Base attractive and comfortable to customers.
Modern equipment and an automated transshipment control process allow us efficient work organisation and execution of contracted services. All technological processes are supervised by our qualified team, they are executed in an environmentally-friendly manner.
